Fusion Management Consulting, founded by Hans Van Gestel, specializes in Sales & Marketing for the European Software Industry. With 15 years of experience in Software Sales & Marketing for Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) , Hans Van Gestel has become an industry expert in Business Development for Enterprise Applications.
Hans gained early experience with Enterprise Applications at RAET Systems Integrator in The Netherlands. He negotiated and acquired distributor ship for 2 Applications and launched them successfully in the Dutch market. In 1993 Hans joined Baan Company as a Business Development Manager for Europe Middle East and Africa (EMEA). Before he took off to the US, he was appointed at Baan as Director Consumer Goods Sector and developed a Global Business Plan which established Baan as a major player in ERP Applications for Consumer Goods Industry.
In 1997 Hans was transferred to the USA by Baan to set up the operations for Baan USA in the Northwest. After launching a multi million software deal in the automotive industry, he was asked to head up various initiatives for Baan Investment and managed one of their start-up companies. In 2000 Hans joined Siebel Systems USA and managed Global Accounts.

Recently Hans worked for the Microsoft Dynamics unit in The Netherlands. His primary focus was driving Microsoft Dynamics AX and CRM revenue through the Global System Integrators.

Hans Van Gestel (1961) holds a Master's Degree in Industrial Engineering and Management Science from Eindhoven University.
